Minimum order value

Minimum order value is SEK 250 incl. VAT, excl. shipping. For orders outside Sweden is 450 SEK.

Prices for residents in the European Union

Prices apply which are displayed on the webpage at the time of ordering. All prices at are gross prices including Swedish VAT, which is generally 25% resp. 6% for books. The total price includes the price for the products and possibly shipping fees. The total price is visible at the checkout-page before confirming the order, as soon as you have chosen your country of destination.

Prices for residents outside the European Union

Please contact us personally so we can arrange this in a more personal basis.


Itik Design AB is using several payment options. We accept PayPal and credit cards, such as MasterCard and VISA. We also offer money transfer to our bank account.

Refusal of transaction

  • To be eligible to purchase products from us on this website and form a contract you must:

Register using your real name, phone number, E-mail address and payment details

Provide a shipping address that is not a PO box or Post restante.

Use a valid credit/debit card that is acceptable to our bank partner

Ways of delivery

  • Shipping time within Sweden – Normally 2-4 working days.


  • Shipping time within EU – Normally 2-4 working days with UPS or any other mayor shipping company.


Transport liability

Itik Design AB  is responsible if the shipment is damaged or lost during transportation to the customer. If the shipment is damaged or lost when returning it on your initiative, you are responsible for loss or damage. We recommend packing returned products in the original container/box or similar. Furthermore, we recommend insuring the shipment.

If shipments with obvious damages are delivered, you are obliged to notify the transportation company immediately and to refuse the acceptance of the shipment. Please also contact our customer service, so that  Itik Design AB is able to protect its rights to satisfy claims against the transportation company. Hidden damages are to be reported to Itik Design AB ( immediately after your notice, not later than 3 days after receiving the shipment.

Particular attention should be given when receiving bulky goods, e.g. furniture. We urge you to inspect the packaging of the shipment regarding obvious damages before signing the shipping documents. In case of damages they have to be reported to the shipping agent immediately, and they have to be set out in writing on the shipping documents of both you and the transportation company's copy. Furthermore, you are obliged to contact Itik Design AB ( as soon as possible, not later than 3 days after receiving the shipment.

Return policy

Itik Design AB guarantee you 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your products you can return them within 14 days of after receiving them and we will refund you the full purchase price, shipping costs deducted. To avoid unnecessary costs, always contact customer service for detailed instructions regarding returns.


Please contact our customer service at ( if you have any problems such as damages or, in any way, incorrect orders. If parcel arrive in bad condition and products inside are missing or damaged you need to make a complaint to the delivering company, e.g. UPS direct after discovering the problem. Please note that we need photos sent to us in order to handle your complaint. If returning any product, after agreed with our customer service representative, use the original package, include a description of the damage and return to:

Returning a product

You can always cancel your order before the shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse. Your cancellation must be written in form of an E-mail covering all order details. Some restrictions may apply, see below. Itik Design AB comply with the Swedish Konsumentköplagen, and the European Union E-commerce directive which means that you can, in a period of 14 days, return a product if you are not completely satisfied. When returning a product it must be in unchanged condition. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when returning a product. Contact for further instructions before returning the products. The price of the products, shipping costs deducted, will be refunded within 20 days from the day that the product is delivered to Itik Design AB. If you use your right to return a product, the shipping costs, custom and handlings fees will be paid by you. If a product is specially made, or in any way changed after your instructions, you will only be able to change your order within 14 days from the day we confirm your order by e-mail. The conditions in this contract shall be governed by and construed with the laws of Sweden and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
